Ted J. Rulevish

	Ted J. Rulevish, 71, of Tamaroa, passed away at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2001 at Marshall Browning Hospital in DuQuoin.
	Ted was a farmer.  He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa and the Perry County Farm Bureau.  He enjoyed attending tractor pulling contests.
	He was born December 8, 1929 at Tamaroa, the son of Joseph and Hattie (Oslager) Rulevish.  He married martha Heck on September 4, 1954 at DuBois and she survives.
	He is survived by his wife of Tamaroa; son, Edward Rulevish and wife Kathy of Scheller; two daughters, Judy Valentine and husband Mark of Tamaroa and Cathy Pestka and husband David of Tamaroa; one sister, Mary L. Keener of Granite City; one brother, Robert R. Rulevish of DuQuoin and six grandchildren, Tim, Ashlee, Keith, Kaylee and Tyler Rulevish and Matthew Valentine.
 	He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson, Nathan Rulevish.
	Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 3 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa with Msgr. Melvin Vandeloo officiating.
	 Friends called from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa.
	Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery at Tamaroa.
	 Friends may make memorials to Masses, Marshall Browning Hospital or St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
